Please help us by checking sizes, styles, suitability  etc prior to ordering to assist in ordering a suitable product - remember we have never seen your bathroom!!
If an error has occurred please inform us by e-mail ASAP, DO NOT RETURN until this has been notified and agreed as unknown returns will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Please note that special order items CANNOT be returned under any circumstances i.e. furniture made to order, drilled baths, special sizes, special colours/finishes, non-stock items.
All items that are returned MUST be in original packaging, undamaged when received back, in re-saleable condition. PLEASE do not throw away boxes, rip them or write on them as this will invalidate any returns. ALL parts must be in the boxes, unless shortage was notified on delivery.
Returns MUST be notified within 7 days and goods returned within a further 7 days or they will not be accepted back nor any credit given.
We cannot accept liability for goods in transit so suggest you take out carrier insurance against loss / damage.
No installed or part installed goods will be accepted back for credit.
Damage MUST be reported within 24 Hours of receipt, and fragile items like mirrors, glass, bath etc checked on receipt and prior to signature as NO POST SIGNATURE CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY CARRIERS. We may require photographic evidence of such.
Faulty goods will be credited in full on their return. We may ask for photographic evidence of said fault.
In some cases manufacturers may wish to visit site to confirm/correct the fault. If found to be an installation error, they will often charge for this and we may require a deposit as security for this prior to their visit.
Where goods are reported as faulty, on their return (subject to the above) they will be inspected and if found not to be so, if a replacement already sent, an invoice for this will be raised.
Most goods are subject to manufacturers warranty and all assistance will be given with these. We do not warranty the goods as retailers. If any sums are still outstanding on an order then this will invalidate our participation in any such warranty claims.
